You lie down and receive sound in the studio. There's nothing to do, nothing to get right, and no need to meditate. Some people fall asleep. That's fine.

You want to lie down and rest
Private Sound Healing. The studio fills with sound and nothing is asked of you.
You hold tension in your body
Vibrational Massage. A bowl is placed on the body and played, so the sound starts inside rather than around you.
You'd rather not choose
Combined Healing. Both, in one session. This is the most common first booking.

Private sessions
Ninety minutes, $190 each. Every session starts with tea and a short conversation before any sound begins. You stay dressed and you lie down.
Vibrational Massage
Phoenix places a bowl on your back and plays it. The sound starts inside you rather than around you. For bodies that hold on.

Both, in one session — sound around you and sound through you. The usual choice for a first visit, and the one to pick if you're undecided.

Three private sessions, booked together, for $500. For when one visit isn't really what you're after — the second and third go somewhere the first can't.
Studio hire
A light-filled 70sqm heritage studio with the sound system, yoga mats and props already in it. Facilitators hire it for sound baths, breathwork, circles and trainings. You arrive to a studio that's ready.
Three hours
Enough for a single class, a circle, or a rehearsal.
